Dr. Carlos has been part of the Centra Care Family since 2004. Dr. Carlos earned his Doctorate of Medicine from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia and completed his Family Practice Residency at Latrobe Area Hospital in Pennsylvania. As a Centra Care physician, he is pediatric and adult trained; Florida Hospital and Board Certified by the American Board of Family Practice.
